The Pan-African Girls Fund was born from a deep understanding of the unique challenges and immense potential of girls and young women across Africa. For too long, their voices have been marginalized, and their initiatives underfunded. We recognized a critical need for a feminist fund that centers their leadership and provides direct, flexible resources to the grassroots movements they lead.
Since our inception in 2020, PAGF has grown into a beacon of hope and support. We started with a small group of passionate advocates and have expanded our reach, fostering a network of inspiring young feminist leaders who are transforming their communities.
Our journey is one of collective vision, unwavering commitment, and radical trust in the power of African girls and young women to drive sustainable change.
