Brief Organisational Bio
Change for Future (CFF) is a non-governmental and non-profit organisation registered under Tanzania’s Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children (MoHCDGEC) with registration number OONGO/R/1891.
CFF empowers local and indigenous communities to use natural resources sustainably, thereby promoting inclusive and sustainable development. The organisation primarily engages women and youth, helping them harness their potential to transform their environment and improve livelihoods.
To promote the meaningful participation of young women and girls in technology and innovation, CFF supports them in pursuing science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education. This initiative is grounded in the belief that unlocking the potential of marginalised women, girls, and youth is both a matter of social justice and a strategic driver of Tanzania’s sustainable growth.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Change for the Future and those who funded this program. I was previously blind to the world of entrepreneurship and often found myself in debt. However, after this training, my eyes have been opened, and I promise to utilise these skills to enhance my business. Thank you so much— Rose Kaaya
